The Head of Service of Delta State, Mr. Reginald Bayoko has joined other Deltans in commiserating with the families of Young and Ovie-Whiskey over the death of Mrs. Julie Young, a retired Permanent Secretary in the Delta State Civil Service who died in a fatal motor accident.
The Head of Service, Mr. Reginald Bayoko mni, who was represented by Dr. Mrs. C. Adjuyah mni, led a delegation of the College of Permanent Secretaries on a condolence visit to the family in Warri yesterday.
While expressing his deepest condolences, Mr. Reginald Bayoko noted that late Mrs. Young was an asset to the State government during her active years in service and contributed immensely to the Education Sector in the state
He urged humanity to give their best at any given point in time as that was the only legacy they can leave behind and be remembered for.
Speaking On behalf of the family, Mr. Maxwell Uwekah expressed gratitude to the Head of Service and the College of Permanent Secretaries for commiserating with the families at their time of grief and prayed God to heal the wounds caused by Mrs. Young’s demise.
Permanent Secretaries in the delegation includes Dr. Jerry Agbaike, Higher Education, Mr. David Onokpe, Basic and Secondary Education, Mrs. A. Onokpise Science and Technical Education and Mr. Frank Isume from the Head of Service office.
