SUBMISSION OF DOCUMENTS FOR THE NEW/ REVALIDATION OF C OF O OR CONSENT ON THE FAST TRACK DELTA PLATFORM

It is hereby announced for the information of the general public, particularly Deltans, that the State Ministry of Lands, Surveys and Urban Development has requested property Owners and Corporate Bodies who have made payment for the New/ Revalidation of C of O or Consent on the FastTrack Delta Platform to proceed to submit their documents within two (2) weeks of this publication.

Accordingly, Property Owners and Corporate Bodies in the State who have made payment for the New/Revalidation of C of O or Consent are required to submit their documents to the Ministry of Lands, Surveys and Urban Development Head Office, Asaba or at the Warri Zonal Office at No. 36 Effurun/Sapele Road by Enerhen Junction.

The documents to be submitted include:
1. Deed of Conveyance, four (4) Copies
2. Survey Plan
3. Valid means of Identification
4. Two Pass Port Photographs
5. Tax Clearance Receipt or Certificate

The submission of documents has become necessary to enable the Ministry of Lands, Surveys & Urban Development commence with the processing of applications for New/ Revalidation of the New Electronic C of O or Consent on the FastTrack Delta Scheme.

Property Owners/Corporate Bodies should please note that their individual 90 day count becomes effective from the date of submission of documents.
